Lepidolite is often used to reduce stress, calm frayed nerves and relieve anxiety. Its also great at helping you to keep your focus, relieve hyperactivity of the mind and is therefore good for those with ADD. Working through the third eye and crown chakras, it aids in balancing the emotional nature and physically is useful for arthritis and joint pain. Its also good to clear electro-magnetic pollution from electronics by removing the negative charges in the air.
